With over 25 years' industry experience, I will be your business mentor. Helping you develop and implement your business ideas through online ZOOM call sessions.
My work experience covers:
Education Sector - Project managing the set-up of new academic institutions and colleges (outside the UK).
Manufacturing sector and retail sectors - Project managing the development of new food and drink products for food and drink manufacturers, for launch in major UK retailers.
Medical sector - Project managing the development of a new hospital in India (Gujarat).
IT/Computing sector - Coordinating the transition of one IT system to another for example SUN systems to Oracle for at least several organisations. Launching and testing IT/Finance systems, for example Oracle (ERP), SUN, Agresso, SAP. I have a good understanding of finance and commercial procedures (in the UK) and the P2P cycle.
Other business administration skills include: Writing from scratch, ISO9000 and GMP type operational manuals (typically 300-500 pages), covering all areas of the business to prepare a company for (1) accreditation, (2) help secure more business contracts and/or (3) to facilitate a company sell-off.
