How many times can I ask for revisions?
I’ll provide regular progress updates, and you can request unlimited revisions during the sketch, lineart, and base color stages. Once the shading process begins, further revisions won’t be accepted—unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.
Why should I send you a message before placing an order?
Messaging me first helps ensure that I can handle your request. I have certain limitations in what I can draw, so it’s always best to confirm the details before placing an order.
Anything important I should know before ordering?
Yes! Please send clear references in image format only (e.g., JPG, PNG, JPEG). This helps me better understand your request and avoid any miscommunication
How fast do you reply to messages?
I typically reply within 2 hours during my working hours (9:00 AM – 2:00 AM GMT+7). However, as I’m also a student, replies might sometimes be delayed. Rest assured, my personal schedule will not affect the progress of your commission.
Can I request a specific pose or expression?
Absolutely! Just include reference images or clear descriptions of the pose, expression, and mood you'd like. The more detailed, the better! :)
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a high-resolution PNG file by default. If you need a different format (like JPEG or PSD), let me know in advance
