Do I need to ship the product to you?
For physical product demonstrations, yes. Please contact me before ordering to discuss shipping. Digital products and some service-based videos do not require shipping.
Are revisions included?
Yes! Basic and Standard include 1 revision, and Premium includes 2 revisions. Revisions cover reasonable edits to the agreed video. New scripts or reshoots may require an additional fee.
Are usage rights included?
Yes. Each package includes 3 months of agreed usage rights. Please message me before ordering to confirm the platforms and whether you need organic or paid advertising usage.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is not included in my standard packages. Please message me before ordering if you need unedited video clips so we can discuss availability and pricing.
