No. This gig covers planning + tabletop only. If you’re in an active incident, you need a DFIR firm. I can point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. I map roles, triggers, severity, and response steps to the language reviewers expect so your evidence passes the sniff test.
How many people should join the tabletop?
Ideal group is 5–8 (leadership, IT/security, support, comms). More than that turns the drill into a town hall.
Can the tabletop be done remotely?
Yes — Zoom works perfectly. Screenshare is optional. I facilitate everything live.
Do you need access to our systems?
