Basic - Rough estimate/Quick calculation: I will provide Insightful Back of Napkin/Envelope Analysis. And you can also expect me to review your current analysis and provide my valuable insights and perspective on your potential deal under this segment.

Standard - Initial Level Underwriting: Will be pleased to offer my services in Underwriting your properties for Acquisition, Valuation, or Disposition purposes, ensuring accurate assessments to help you make decisions under this segment.

Premium - High Level Underwriting: Will provide with comprehensive and accurate assessments of potential investment opportunities with a deep understanding of financial, operational, and market risks. Besides, I will be conducting market research for the feasibility of the investment and provide you with a market report if needed under this package.

In order to perform a thorough Analysis and Underwriting, I require the following documents:

·        Current/ Latest rent roll

·        Trailing 12 Profit and Loss Statement

·        Your financing assumptions and strategy for the deal

·        ·An Offering Memorandum (if available)

·        Any additional supporting documents if you have available
