About this Gig
Family constellation is a psychological method that can help you explore the relationships within your family system.
When can we use family constellations?
- When something you desire is not happening in your life.
- To explore current relationships or attract a different type of boyfriend/girlfriend.
- To explore your relationship with money.
- To stop feeling fear, anxiety, sadness, or pain.
- To recognize repeating family patterns.
What will we do in our session?
- I will explain what the family constellation method entails.
- We will discuss your current issue, and you will tell me more about your family.
- We will work with your subject in a live session using figures representing your family members. We will observe their behavior and work to heal/change your relationships with them.
I completed a one-year family constellation training five years ago and have been working with clients and myself since then.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but interestingly something came up that I thought I had dealt with, that I didn't expect was still affecting my current life! The session was different from the style I was used to, but this way allowed an exploration further into the lineage. Can't wait to see how my life would change from here on!
