Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please! Every automation project is unique. I need to understand your current workflow and see a sample of your file to give you an accurate price and timeline.
Will the Macro work on Mac (Apple) computers?
VBA works best on Windows. While some macros work on Mac, there are many limitations (especially with UserForms and external file handling). Please let me know if you are using a Mac before we start so I can confirm if your request is possible.
Can you automate things outside of Excel (like Outlook or PDF)?
Yes! I can write VBA Code that: Save Excel sheets as PDFs automatically, convert from one format to other, Draft or send emails via Outlook based on cell values. Import data from external text files or CSVs.
What happens if the Macro stops working after the order is complete?
Feel free to contact me. I will fix the bugs found. However, if the error is caused because you changed the structure of the file (e.g., deleted columns or changed sheet names), that may require a new order to fix.
Will I be able to edit the code later?
Yes. I do not lock the code unless you specifically ask me to. If you know VBA, you can view and edit the code yourself.
Is my data safe with you?
Absolutely. I treat all client data with strict confidentiality. If your file contains sensitive info, I recommend you replace names/numbers with "dummy data" (fake data) before sending it to me. As long as the structure (columns/rows) is the same, the code will work.
