In this gig I will draw and redraw the 2d floor plan for the real estate in Autocad, adding graphic details, colors, textures and furniture to enhance the quality of the architecture.

This service includes the detailed drawings of architectural floor plans for houses, apartments, offices, commercial spaces and other uses. 

The floor plan can be customized with specific colors, textures and texts to be included in each room. If you need a different representation, you can ask me for the drawing style you would like to get in your project. The drawing will be done in a scale of representation you request - 1:50, 1:75, 1:100 etc.

To understand the layout project, you can provide me the 2d plan with a handmade sketch, or any other preliminary images that I need to follow to develop the drawing accurately.

During the work, I will send you preliminary images of the drawing, so you can follow along with the process and ask for the changes you want, to obtain a satisfactory final result.
