Milestone 1: Onboarding & Data Collection

Deliverables:

• Collect company registration and employee details
• Set up client file (bank accounts, EPF/SOCSO or CPF/IRAS info)
• Confirm scope of service & compliance checklist
• Client approval required before next milestone

Milestone 2: Payroll & Bookkeeping Setup

Deliverables:

• Monthly payroll schedule with tax & contributions (MY/SG)
• Chart of accounts setup
• Entry of opening balances and recurring templates
• Basic ledger and payroll format sent for review

Milestone 3: Monthly Service Execution

Deliverables:

• Process payroll, payslips & statutory forms
• Bookkeeping entries for income/expenses
• Monthly summary (Basic) or Full P&L/BS/Cash Flow (Standard/Premium)
• Client can request revisions or clarification

Milestone 4: Reporting & Review

Deliverables:

• Final monthly reports (PDF/Excel)
• Consultation session (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Recommendations on internal control (Premium only)
• Final delivery and client approval
