What happens if my project request is different from your listed packages?
No problem. All you need to do is send me your full project requirements so that I can send you a custom quote.
What do I need to fulfil before you can commence the project?
After I understand your full project flow, what follows is your financial commitment, background information about your company profile, project details if not given before, your corporate logo, brand name and colour(s), WordPress login and/or cPanel access details.
Will I have to buy the domain and hosting for my website, or you can help out?
Yes, you have to buy your desired domain and hosting package for your website either from Namecheap, Hostinger, Bluehost, Enom, GoDaddy, or any hosting provider of your choice. However, I can help you buy and manage them if you wish. But be informed that these will attract additional costs.

Yes. I will provide you with free support at no charge after project completion. My after-sales support terms are 14 days for Small Store Package, 1 month for Standard Store Package, and 2 months for Marketplace Store Package. FREE unlimited email and phone consultations are also included.
Will you still give support after the free support has expired?
This depends on the situation at hand. I can give free support if your need is a minor request, but I have to charge if it will take more than 1 hour of my time to fix. Nevertheless, know that we are partners in progress!
