The Estimation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Costs and Investment Costs of Solar PV Power Projects is a part of Market Analysis and Prospects Assessment of Indonesia's Renewable Energy-Based Power Generation Project Sector, Solar PV Power Generation Sub-sector implemented by PT Habibillah Energi Adidaya, an engineering services company and business development in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors in Indonesia.

The estimates are based on the FEL-1 level of detail, which we call Concept Screening or Budgetary Cost Estimate. This estimate meets the Class 5 Estimate according to the AACE International Classification Standard, or ANSI Z94.0 Standard.

Generally, Class 5 Estimates level of details are prepared for a variety of strategic business planning purposes, for example but not limited to market studies, early stage project feasibility assessments, evaluation of business development opportunities, project selection, project site selection studies, evaluation of resource requirements and budgeting, basis for project development plan and capital budgeting, long-term capital planning, etc.
