Scans in, a spreadsheet you can actually use out.
Send me a scanned PDF, a photo of a printed table, or a PDF with no copyable text. You get back an Excel file with rows and columns properly separated, not a wall of pasted text.
What you get
- An .xlsx with one sheet per page, bold headers, frozen top row
- - Numbers stored as numbers, so columns add up the moment you open it
- - Codes and dates like A-118 or 2026-01-04 left alone as text
- - A matching .csv, all in one zip
What I handle
Invoices, ledgers, statements, price lists, meter and stock readings, forms: anything printed in columns. Multi-page is fine.
Honest limits
- Printed text only. I decline handwriting rather than refund it.
- - Up to 100 pages per file.
- - I check every job by eye against your original. If a row is wrong I fix it free.

Will I get an editable Word file?
No, and I'd rather say so up front. You get a searchable PDF (looks identical, text now selectable) and/or a plain text file. I don't rebuild your document as a formatted Word file with the original layout - that's a different job. If that's what you need, don't order this one.
