Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start. Client confidentiality is standard practice for me.
Can this lead to an ongoing retainer?
Yes — most of my client relationships start exactly this way. If it's a good fit, we can discuss an ongoing retainer after your first order.
Do you work with agencies or just founders?
Both. I've worked with solo founders and agency teams — the systems and process work translate well to either.
How many revisions are included, and what happens after that?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details above). Additional revisions can be purchased as an extra — up to 2 per order. Beyond that, we'll scope it as a new engagement.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your current tools (Notion, project management software, etc.) and a short call or written brief on what's currently broken or missing.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Delivery times are listed per package above. Rush delivery is available as an add-on if you need it faster.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery, or is this a one-time handoff?
Delivery includes what's scoped in your package. If you want ongoing support afterward, that's exactly what my Premium package (or a follow-up retainer) is built for.
What time zone do you work in?
I'm based in the Philippines (GMT+8) but work flexible hours to overlap with US-based clients — most of my current clients are US-based.
