What if I do not have a 3D CAD model of my product?
No problem. Provide clear, high-resolution photos of your product from multiple angles (front, back, side, top) along with its dimensions and label graphics. I can build the custom 3D model from scratch.
What files do you need from me to get started?
If you have an existing 3D model, send it in .OBJ, .FBX, .STEP, or .STL format. Also provide your brand assets (vector logo, label artwork), a script or bullet points of key features, and 1–2 visual reference links you like.
Can I get my video formatted for both TikTok/Reels (9:16) and YouTube (16:9)?
Yes. The Premium package includes both formats. For Basic and Standard orders, you can add an additional aspect ratio directly through the Gig Extras section during checkout.
Are commercial sound design and background music included?
