We offer three tailored packages: Basic , Plus, and Pro, each delivering exceptional logo designs. The standout Master Bee Premium package is personally led by our lead designer, ensuring unparalleled quality and attention to detail.
When will I get the source files and for how many variations?
With every phase of the logo process—initial design, revisions, and final delivery—we will provide the source file for each version to ensure you have full access and control.
What is Vector/Source file?
A Vector/Source File is a scalable, editable graphic file ideal for printing and detailed editing. Common formats include AI, EPS, and PDF, allowing you to adjust your designs for various uses without loss of quality
What is the expected turnaround time for initial designs and revisions?
We guarantee to deliver the initial design as outlined in our packages. For revisions, our standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. We take breaks on Sundays only, but we strive to send revised designs within 24 hours whenever possible.
What are revisions?
After delivering your logo design, should you request any modifications or enhancements, we are more than happy to revise it to meet your specifications.
What to do if the order gets autocompleted?
Fiverr's 'Auto Complete Order' finalizes orders if no revisions are requested within 3 days. However, for Standard and Premium packages, we'll continue to provide revisions through your inbox until you're satisfied, even after auto-completion.
What is Stationery Designs and Social Media Kit?
