Firstly, please give me your images in a common format (such as JPG, PNG, TIF etc.... ) A decent quality image will give you a great result. Low quality/resolution images are hard to do in HD quality. Please provide clear instructions for the image edit so that I can provide the expected result.

As soon as you place the order: Please double check if you have attached the image/s correctly. If you have provided a link to download the image, please double check if they are working properly. Also check if you have provided all the necessary instructions for the job.
