2. How fast does the logo process take?
We have a build time that can be seen at the gig. But we can guarantee that we will never miss the deadline to send you the first preview of your project. It will always be sent to you in time. Since day one, a late delivery has NEVER been in our track record. This is important to note.
3. What should we do if I'm not 100% sure about my logo?
You can reach me first in the chat column, and we can discuss it before you decide to place an order. You don't have to worry because we can have open-ended communication to figure it out together!
4. I see that there are commercial uses and copyrights in your gig. What is the difference between commercial use and copyrights?
Commercial use in the premium package service will provide a logo with commercial value, which will make it more appealing than the logo in the standard and basic packages. While the copyright is a letter stating that the design belongs entirely to the client.
5. What is the difference between Vector Files and Source Files?
A vector file is a format of your logo that be scaled to any size without losing its original quality. It is useful if you wish to print out the logo. Meanwhile, the source file is master file of your logo and it's editable file for your logo.
6. Can I still request revisions after you deliver my logo?
Yes, sure, we can do revisions after we deliver your logo. All you need to do is click the revision button in the deliver column, and we will make revisions to your logo until you are satisfied with the final result. Customer's satisfaction is our PRIORITY!
7. What if I'm not satisfied with my delivery?
We can figure it out together and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY! If you're still not happy, we can guarantee a refund!
