FAQ
Do you offer mixing and how much does it cost?
Please consider taking a look at my other gig http://www.fiverr.com/s/38NgqLA
What are the requirements for my premaster file?
Aim for a maximum of 16 LUFS integrated, a minimum resolution of 44kHz/16Bit, a maximum resolution of 96kHz/24Bit (don't upscale on your side!) and send me a wav or aiff file. ...or just send me your mix and I will adjust the loudness on my side first.
What file formats do I get after mastering?
I will send you the Wav file AND the MP3 - the wav file will have the same resolution as the original file you send me (maximum 96kHz/24Bit). If you need an additional format or resolution, just let me know.
What is your mastering chain?
This may vary from task to task. I use high end gear from SSL, Blackbox, Goly, Elysia, TubeTech, Neve and Tegeler. For the final limiting and rendering I tend to use Software from Acustica Audio, Weiss or FabFilter these days.
Should I turn off the plugins in my master bus?
Keep all the plugins engaged you need for your mix to get the balance&feel you're looking for. Disengage all clippers and limiters in your master bus and leave about 6dB of headroom if possible. Don't use the fader of your master bus to decrease loudness, keep this final fader at zero when exporting
