Can the chatbot use my PDFs and FAQs?
Yes. Standard covers 10 searchable files/100 pages; Premium covers 25 files/250 pages total. Basic uses up to 30 supplied FAQ pairs. Scanned PDFs and OCR need a separate scope.
Are AI usage and hosting included?
No. You provide the model provider and hosting accounts, and pay their usage or subscription costs directly. I can explain compatible options. We will use secure access methods rather than sharing account passwords.
Will the chatbot always answer correctly?
No AI system can guarantee that. I will add source-based retrieval where included, clear fallbacks and tests against agreed example questions. Sensitive or important answers should be reviewed by a person.
Can it capture leads or connect to my CRM?
Standard includes a simple lead form. Premium includes one agreed API or webhook action using an existing documented API. We will confirm consent, fields and service compatibility first.
What happens at handover?
You receive source code and setup guidance. Standard and Premium include deployment to one compatible hosting account. Premium also includes a protected content admin page and recorded walkthrough. New features and ongoing maintenance are separate.
