How many monophonic/polyphonic instruments does it include?
Unlimited — all that I can hear in the recording.
Is it cheaper for smaller ensembles?
No. The price depends mainly on the total duration of the music. Complexity or number of instruments doesn’t increase/decrease the cost.
Will I get a 100% accurate transcription?
It depends on the quality of the audio. Even so, there will always be parts that will be impossible to transcribe as they were originally written, but I will arrange them with orchestration techniques so that it is as close to the original as possible, always being close to the style of the piece.
How is the price calculated? Why $25 per 30 seconds?
$25 per 30 seconds reflects my average pace for orchestral transcription. Usually, 3–5 minutes of music take 5–8 hours of work, equivalent to about $30–35 per hour.
Can I hire you by the hour instead?
Yes. For short excerpts, edits, or corrections, my hourly rate is $35/h.
