Yes, as long as the game/visual novel/etc. is free to play. Otherwise, you would need to pay for commercial uses.
Can I use your product for my streams?
There are non-profit streamers, so if you are one, then go ahead and use it. However, if you profit off streams, then please avail for commercial use.
Can I use your product for a contest?
If you're using the image itself to submit to an art contest, then strictly no. As for games/stories contests, it's all right as long as your main material is free to play/read. Otherwise, please avail for commercial use.
Do you do NSFW art?
