What do you need from me to get started?
We need access to your billing software (or exported claim data), the claims you would like processed, and any payer-specific instructions. Please have encounter details ready before placing your order.
How many claims are included in each package?
Basic covers up to 10 claims, Standard up to 30, and Premium up to 75. For higher volumes, you can add claims as an extra or request a custom monthly plan.
Do you handle rejected claims?
Yes. Claim rejections caused by errors in the submission, such as demographic or insurance mismatches, are corrected and resubmitted within the scope of your package. In-depth denial management and appeals are a separate service.
How is my patient information protected?
