Public contract and grant research, Excel automation, data cleaning
About this Gig
Find out which public-sector contracts in your sector end in the next 3-18 months, who holds them now, and which tenders are open today, across the UK and Ireland.
You get an Excel report built from official government data (Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and Ireland's eTenders):
- Renewals: contracts ending in 3-18 months with the buyer, incumbent supplier, value and end date (published or estimated), plus extension options and framework call-offs where the notice states them.
- Open tenders: current notices in your sector with deadlines and values.
- Incumbents: who holds the work now and for which buyers.
- A Summary tab: counts by months to end, top buyers and top incumbents.
Every order is AI-assisted data processing with automated checks, and rows are spot-checked against the original records before delivery. Business names only, no personal contact details.
Built for care, cleaning, security, facilities, IT and other service providers, and the bid writers who support them.
I research and organise public data. I do not write bids, guarantee awards or give legal advice.

FAQ
Which sectors can you cover?
Any sector with a public procurement (CPV) code, e.g. social care, cleaning, security, facilities management, catering, IT, construction, grounds maintenance, transport and training. Tell me what you do; I map it to CPV codes and confirm them with you before I start.
How do you know when a contract ends?
UK notices from 2025 on almost always publish the end date. If a notice gives a duration instead, I estimate the end date from the start or award date and mark it "estimated" (all Irish rows). Notices with neither can't be dated, so they are left out and counted.
Does a renewal mean there will be a new tender?
Not always. Buyers can extend a contract, use a framework or change the scope. Where the notice states them, rows flag extension options, the latest possible end date and framework call-offs, so you can judge.
Is this AI-generated? Is it accurate?
AI-assisted tools pull and organise official Contracts Finder, Find a Tender and eTenders data. Automated checks run on every report, and rows are spot-checked against the official records before delivery.
Do you include buyer contact names or emails?
No. Each row names the public body and links to the official notice where one is public.
Do you write bids or tender responses?
No. This gig is research and reporting only.
