I am starting a new business without an existing brand. Can you help?
Yes. Your project will begin with a Brand Foundation Assessment covering your audience, competitors, positioning and intended perception. This creates the strategic direction needed to build your identity from scratch.
What happens if I already have a logo or existing brand?
I will assess what currently exists, identify consistency and positioning gaps, then determine what should be preserved, refined or replaced. You can receive a strategic refresh without discarding valuable brand recognition.
Is the brand audit a separate document?
The assessment is integrated into the identity process and guides every design decision. A detailed standalone business, website or brand audit is outside this gig’s standard scope and can be discussed separately.
What information do you need before starting?
You will complete a focused questionnaire covering your business, audience, competitors, goals, values, preferences and current brand challenges. Existing logos, websites, references and brand materials are also helpful.
Will I receive editable and print-ready files?
Yes. Final files are supplied according to your package and may include editable source files, vector formats, high-resolution PNGs, print-ready PDFs and web-ready assets for consistent use.
What counts as a brand application?
A brand application shows the identity working in a real customer touchpoint. Examples include a business card, letterhead, email signature, social profile, social cover, thank-you card or product tag, etc.
What does a revision include?
A revision refines the approved direction through reasonable changes to colour, typography, layout or design details. It does not include replacing the original brief or creating an entirely new direction after approval.
