What should I provide before placing an order?
The least that you need to provide is a theme that you want to represent. It'll be even better if you can provide a clear briefing that describes your brand and what you want to include in the design, such as specific graphic image and text (quote/tagline/slogan/etc.)
Can I get a free mockup from you?
Of course! I provide realistic mockup for every buyer who orders design in this gig, so you will get a preview of what the design look like on the clothing of your choice :)
What files will I receive from you?
I always deliver three types of file: high resolution PNG design files (300ppi), JPG mockup file, and PSD (photoshop) source file.
Can I get an express delivery?
You could get an express delivery by paying extra fee, but please note that I am not always available to take fast delivery. It depends on my order volume. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me first, for the best of both of us!
