What happens after I book a session?
Within 24 hours, I’ll message you to schedule our session. You’ll also get a short intake form to help me understand your focus and needs.
Are sessions online? Can I choose video or voice only?
Yes! Sessions are held online. You can choose either video or voice — whatever feels safest and most comfortable for you.
What can I talk to you about?
Anything that’s weighing on your heart — relationship doubts, people-pleasing, self-worth, burnout, decision-making, or emotional overwhelm. This is a safe space for your real feelings.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just come as you are. You’ll get a short form before our session to help set the intention — but no pressure, no homework.
Is this therapy?
No — I’m not a licensed therapist. This is coaching and energy support, not clinical treatment. However, my work is trauma-informed and deeply compassionate.
Will we use EFT tapping, Reiki, or tarot in every session?
Only if it feels aligned for you. I always tailor the session to your comfort and needs — coaching comes first, and tools like tapping, reiki, or cards are optional.
How does the 3-session package work?
After booking, we’ll schedule your first session within 7 days. The next two sessions can be spaced out over 4–6 weeks. You’ll also get between-session support via WhatsApp (Mon–Fri).
Can I add more time to my session?
Yes! You can add 15 or 30 extra minutes when booking. Or, message me if you’d like a custom offer for longer support.
What is EFT/TFT tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) are gentle acupressure techniques that help release emotional stress and trauma from the body. Think of it as emotional acupuncture — no needles needed.
What if I’m not spiritual?
No problem at all. While I offer spiritual tools like Reiki or tarot, I always meet clients where they are — this space is about your needs, not my beliefs.
