What happens in the first month?
I review your current setup, flag anything that needs attention and bring your site up to standard before the regular monthly cycle begins.
What is included in the small adjustments?
Text changes, image updates, minor layout tweaks. Anything that takes under 30 minutes. Larger changes are quoted separately.
What is the 30-minute consultation for?
It is your time. Use it to ask questions, talk through something on your site, or get advice on a change you are considering. It runs via video call or voice, whichever you prefer.
What if I have more than one question that month?
Additional questions are free of charge, as lomg as they stay within the alloted time of 30 minutes. Before we start, in the first month, you will be able to ask more questions.
Which security plugin do you use?
Shield Security Pro. It is one of the most trusted WordPress security plugins available. You are getting the premium version, properly configured.
What if something breaks between monthly cycles?
I respond within 24 hours. Critical issues get priority attention.
Do I get a discount if I pay for a year?
Yes. Pay for 12 months upfront and you get the last two months for free. That brings your annual cost down to the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, paid up front. Message me to arrange it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel before the next billing cycle and you will not be charged again.
