Q: What kind of photo should I send of the artwork?
A: Send the best quality image you have - either from the seller,(artist) gallery, or your own photo if you’ve seen it in person. Include the artwork dimensions, exact.
Q: Do I need to provide artwork dimensions?
A: YES - artwork dimensions are mandatory for all validation services. I cannot properly assess if a piece works in your space without knowing its actual size. Please provide height x width (and depth if applicable).
Q: Do I need to show you my wall/room?
A: For Basic validation, it’s helpful but not necessarily required. For Standard and Premium levels, yes - I need to see your space to give you the best recommendations to help you curate your space to your taste.
Q: Can you validate artwork I already own that’s not yet hung?
A: Absolutely! This is perfect for the validation service. I can help you decide if and where to hang pieces you already have.
Q: Can you help me find inexpensive alternatives to expensive pieces I like?
A: Absolutely! This is included as an add on. I have will search various platforms and hope to help you find similar styles, colors, or subjects at better price points. Let me brainstorm for you to find the perfect piece in your budget!
Q: How quickly can I expect my validation?
A: Basic validations are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Standard consultations take 2-3 days, and Premium multi-room strategies take 5-7 days.
Q: What if the artwork I’m considering is from an unknown artist?
A: I can still assess whether it works for your space and style. If you are interested in art consulting services this is offered in another gig by me.
Q: What if you say “no” to my artwork choice?
A: I’ll always explain why it doesn’t work and, when possible, suggest what to look for instead. My goal is to help you find something you’ll absolutely love that works perfectly with your energy & your space.
Q: What if I don’t like your recommendation?
A: I provide honest, professional opinions based on design principles and your space. If you disagree, I’m happy to explain my reasoning. My goal is to help you make confident decisions, even if that means respectfully disagreeing.
