With this package add-on , I will start from nothing and deliver a video game prototype that is near complete without specific things like UI that is not provided (unless it is provided, same goes with all , you provide , I add, otherwise this is a gig for a 'prototype') and any models or effects that are not provided granted you have not provided them , in which case you have this will be a complete offline video game that I would create the rules , story and other aspects of the game from scratch to deliver the final product based on little or no requirements given by you.
