Hello everyone! I'm Alex Russo, and I'm a science fiction and fantasy author. One of my strengths in writing is worldbuilding, so I thought I would share it with you here. I particularly enjoy the creation of conlangs (fictional languages), fictional species, and fictional cultures, so if you have a need for any worldbuilding in your sci-fi, fantasy, technothriller, or adventure book, feel free to reach out!
Words included in each package are estimates, and may not be exact representations of what the final word counts for each project would be. Additionally, the quality of lore may vary between projects worked on due to word count and scope of the projects. How detailed are your conlangs?
I will provide a phonological chart with some basic grammar and sample sentences for each conlang. Each lexicon/word count for each language will be based on the selected tier package.
Which media will you worldbuild for?
I'm an indie author, so my services are best suited for books and comics.
Am I only restricted to the listed packages?
Absolutely not! As an author myself, I know how worldbuilding and lore needs to fit your story to delight readers. Because of this, I encourage you to reach out so we can tailor a solution that best fits the needs for your story.
Which genres will you worldbuild for?
This gig is primarily focused on worldbuilding for epic fantasy, science fiction, and Indiana Jones- or Jules Verne-style adventure books. If your story heavily features supernatural, post-apocalyptic, or horror elements, I will not worldbuild for it.
How detailed is your worldbuilding lore?
The detail of lore for each project is determined based on the selected package and nature of your project. For example, a small package would contain more lore for a story set in a single city than a story set in a complex fantasy/sci-fi universe due to the word count and scope of each project.
Do I use artificial intelligence (AI) products in my work?
I do not use generative AI for drafting lore or developing a conlang. However, I may use AI search tools and large language models for researching topics and concepts, if necessary.
