Yes. You will need a domain name and hosting. If you just have a domain name I can help you pick out a reliable host and help you with the hosting setup process.
Will I be able to manage the website myself in the future?
Yes. I will provide for you all of the knowledge and resources you need to manage your website.
I have content I want added to my website. Will you help me with that?
Yes. If you have any text based content you've created I will add it your website (up to 3 articles)
