My name is Kristi. I am a certified Gendai Reiki Master with over five years of experience.

What is Reiki? It is a gentle Japanese technique for promoting relaxation and stress relief. It is open to anyone who wishes to receive it. Some benefits of reiki include: better sleep, reduced anxiety, and enhanced creativity and intuition. 

How does it work? On the day of your distance reiki session, I will send you a message to let you know that I am going to start the session and connect with you energetically. Don't worry if you're working or busy during your session. Simply set an intention for what you'd like to receive and be open to the energy. Reiki is universal life force energy and will always find its way to you -- even amidst a jam-packed schedule. You can go about your day and still receive the benefits you're meant to receive. Later, I will send you another message within 24 hours to check in, offer post-reiki recommendations, and to let you know if anything came up during the session.
