Yes, you will need active accounts for both Vapi.ai and GoHighLevel. You are also responsible for the usage costs (per-minute fees) associated with Vapi and any third-party voice providers like ElevenLabs.
Can the Voice AI really book appointments directly on my calendar?
Absolutely. I use API tools to allow the Vapi agent to "see" your GoHighLevel calendar availability and create a booked appointment on the spot, which then triggers your GHL automation.
Does the Vapi AI sound like a robot?
Not at all. By using high-quality providers like ElevenLabs or Deepgram within Vapi, we can achieve a very natural, human-like tone with extremely low latency (minimal "thinking" pauses).
Can you set this Agent up for my specific industry?
