Do you create social media accounts?
Yes. I can also help set up your social media account. I will create your social media account so it contains the most relevant keywords related to your organization. If you want me to do a basic setup of a social media account, let me know before checkout, so I can create a custom offer for you.
Do you work for more than a month?
Yes. I would love to develop a long-term relationship and would give you a custom offer at a slightly reduced rate. And I will add you as a repeat customer.
Can I review the posts before they are posted?
Yes, of course! Once the posts have been created I will send them to you for approval.
Do you use the same posts on Facebook and Instagram (i.e. cross-posting)?
Yes. I generally create content for the primary purpose of being viewed on Instagram, and then I cross-post to Facebook. If you want different content being posted to each platform, please send me a message to discuss pricing.
What if I don’t like the posts you create?
All packages include a complimentary round of revisions. Every month, you can provide feedback and I will make adjustments so you are 100% happy with the posts!
How long does it take to create my posts?
At the start of every month, I will create the number of posts included in your package. It takes approx. 5 to 6 business days to complete your content after placing the order.
Can I send you new photos every month to use in the social media posts?
Yes! You are welcome to share images, photos, and other digital assets with me at the very beginning of each service month, no later.
In what format will I recieve the content?
The deliverable will be a spreadsheet with the creative.
How will you access my account?
If you select that you also want "Reporting," I will need access such as "Admin," "Analyst," "Editors," etc. to deliver insights as well as some mid-level content recommendations.
