Do you have a dream of running a marathon, but dont know where to start? Do you need guidance, motivation, and support to achieve your goal? If yes, then this gig is for you!
I am a running coach, health professional and a marathon runner myself.
I will help you design a personalized training plan, monitor your progress, and provide feedback and advice along the way. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate runner, I will help you improve your endurance, speed, and technique.
You can choose from three packages:
- Basic: One 30-minute call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, and training schedule. I will give you a customized 4-week training plan and tips on nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention.
- Standard: Four weekly calls (30 minutes each) to review your training plan, track your performance, and adjust your plan as needed. I will also answer any questions you have and motivate you to stay on track.
- Premium: Thirteen weekly calls (30 minutes each) to cover everything in the standard package, plus more support and guidance throughout your training. I will also help you prepare for the race day, including what to wear, what to eat, and how to pace yourself.
