A: I need a clear description of your part or assembly — preferably a sketch, technical drawing, image, or reference file. If you have dimensions, tolerances, or specific file requirements (like STEP, STL, DWG), please include them.
Q: Can you model from a hand-drawn sketch or idea?
A: Yes! As long as your sketch is clear and includes basic dimensions, I can turn it into a precise 3D model. If your idea is still conceptual, we can discuss and refine it together.
Q: What if I don’t have exact dimensions?
A: I can make an initial conceptual model based on estimated sizes, and you can update the dimensions later. However, for manufacturing or prototyping, accurate dimensions are essential — so please verify before final delivery.
Q: Will I receive the source SolidWorks file?
A: Yes. All packages include the source file unless you specifically ask for a different format (STEP, STL, IGES, etc.). If you need a neutral CAD format, just let me know.
Q: Can you create technical drawings with dimensions?
A: Yes — this is included in Standard and Premium packages. If you're ordering the Basic package but still want drawings, you can add it as an extra service.
