1. What info should I provide when ordering?
When ordering please follow the following brief form to avoid the cancelations : 1. Graphic (what should be the graphic for the design) 2. Text ( All text you want to include in the design) 3. T shirt color the design will be printed.
2. How to remove Fiverr watermark from files?
Fiverr watermark will be automatically removed as soon as you complete your order.
3. What files will I receive?
You will receive PNG and EPS files for printing (except for the basic package - PNG only), JPG and PNG mockups. Source, editable Ai, Eps of Psd file is available as a gig extra.
4. What's the delivery time?
The delivery time is around 3 days, maybe sooner depending on how busy I am. Also, don't forget that you have the option of purchasing one day delivery.
5. Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I offer revisions. Each package includes a maximum of 2 revisions, except the PRO package which has a maximum of 4 revisions.
6. Do you make revisions if the order was marked as complete?
Yes, but only if the changes are minor.
7. Why PNG file is not showing up?
Some image previewer software does not support png file. So instead of checking png file I would suggest you "upload it on teespring.com" or your on your design upload platform.
