Q1: What files will I receive?
A: PNG and JPG exports, plus the PDF materials listed in your package. Editable source and vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG and PSD are not included. If you need a special format, ask before ordering.
Q2: How many finished logos are included?
A: One final selected logo. Multiple concepts give you directions to choose between; they are not multiple finished brands.
Q3: What is a revision?
A: A round of changes to your chosen direction within the original brief. A new direction or extra design needs a separately agreed scope.
Q4: Do you print business cards?
A: No, this is digital design only. Share your printer's specifications before ordering so I can confirm whether I can prepare a suitable export.
Q5: What does the guide include?
A: Standard includes a one-page color and font reference. Premium includes a 3-page starter guide covering logo use, colors and typography. Full brand strategy and custom icon systems are not included.
Q6: Is trademark registration included?
A: No. Trademark searches, legal clearance and registration are not included, and I do not guarantee that a design can be registered as a trademark.
