Only what you give it: your PDFs, FAQs, price lists, and website pages. It doesn’t pull answers from the open internet, so it won’t make up policies or prices.

The bot tells the customer it doesn’t have that information instead of guessing. It then offers to connect them with a real person or collect their details so you can follow up.

It can be embedded on your website. Leads can be sent to your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and similar) or to a Google Sheet. Tell me what you use and I’ll confirm compatibility before we start.

When a lead is captured, the system can send a follow-up email or message, for example a thank-you with next steps, or a reminder if they haven’t responded. You approve the wording and timing.

A customer can ask for a person at any time, and the bot can also hand off on its own when it can’t help or the customer seems frustrated. You get notified (by email, Slack, or similar) with the full chat history so nobody has to repeat themselves.
