Will my Shopify store be custom designed or template-based?
Basic plan uses a free Shopify theme with custom colours, fonts, and layout. Growth and Brand Partner plans include fully custom-designed Shopify stores built to your brand — not a generic template.
What premium theme will you use?
We recommend themes like Prestige, Impulse, Broadcast, or Motion based on your niche. The client purchases the theme licence — we handle all setup, customisation, and configuration at no extra cost.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes — we redesign existing Shopify stores with a modern, conversion-focused approach. This includes layout improvements, mobile optimisation, speed fixes, and updated branding. Message us with your current store link.
Do you build Shopify dropshipping stores?
Yes, we build Shopify dropshipping stores, including product setup, supplier integration, payment gateway, and a conversion-focused design. Message us before ordering to discuss your niche and product range. But you will need to select and provide product data yourself we do not hunt products.
Will I be able to manage my store after delivery?
Yes. We include a video walkthrough after delivery so you can manage products, pages, and content confidently — no coding needed. We also provide 1 month of free support after completion.
Do you provide support after delivery?
1 month of free technical support is included with every order. After that, ongoing support and maintenance packages are available. We don't disappear after delivery.
