Which CRMs and tools can you connect?
Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Airtable, Slack, email and WhatsApp, plus anything with an API or n8n node. Message me your tool before ordering and I’ll confirm it’s supported.
What counts as a lead source?
A website form, landing page, Facebook Lead Ad, webhook or similar channel that sends new leads into the workflow. The package tells you how many are included.
What can your lead scraper collect?
Publicly available business information (such as business name, category, website and public contact details) from a source we agree on before the order. I don’t scrape private data or sites that prohibit it, and I’ll tell you if a source isn’t workable.
How many records can the scraper collect?
The limit per run is set in your package. Larger volumes or extra sources can be arranged with a custom offer.
What if a website changes and the scraper stops working?
Scrapers can break when a site changes its layout. Fixes within your support window are included, and ongoing maintenance is available as a separate service.
Is my data safe?
I only use the access the workflow needs. Please create dedicated API keys that you can revoke after delivery, and never send passwords in chat.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Each package includes a support window for fixes within the scope I built. You can also order extra changes or ongoing support.
Who is responsible for how the leads are used?
You are. I build the automation, and you’re responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach (for example, email marketing and data protection rules).
Can I order before messaging you?
Please message me first with your lead source, CRM and goal, so I can confirm the scope and package. It avoids delays and revisions.
