Do you offer refunds?
I offer revisions to make sure you're happy with the final design. Refunds are considered case-by-case if the work hasn't started yet.
Can I request changes after the cover is delivered?
Yes, each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). Additional revisions can be added as an extra.
Do you provide the source file (PSD/AI)?
Source files are included with the Premium package, or available as an add-on for other tiers.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Book title, author name, genre, a short summary, and any style/color preferences — I'll ask these when you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by package (see pricing tiers). Rush delivery is available as an extra.
Will the cover be ready for both print and ebook?
Ebook covers are included in all packages. Full print wraparound (with spine and back cover) is included in Standard and Premium.
