About this gig
Most coaching sessions end with a list of things you did wrong. You nod, you queue up again, and nothing changes.
I work differently. Every session runs on CLUTCH - my own coaching system built on one rule: no observation without a root cause, and no root cause without a drill you can actually run.
Here is what a session looks like:
We play or review your VOD together, live on Discord. I diagnose what is actually costing you rounds - separating mechanical errors from decision errors, because they need completely different fixes. You leave with a maximum of three focus points, never twelve, plus the exact drills to fix them and a clear way to know when each one is solved.
What I coach:
- Crosshair placement, counter-strafing, peeking and movement
- Positioning, rotations, timings and map awareness
- Economy discipline and round-by-round decision-making
- Agent and role mastery across all five roles
- Tilt control, comms and consistency under pressure
Every rank from Iron to Immortal. Feedback is calibrated to your MMR - I will not hand a Gold player Radiant advice they cannot use yet.

I’m Shifu (MrMeister), a Radiant Top #200 player, professional IGL/Duelist/Initiator, and competitive coach with achievements in Red Bull and Intel Championships. I’ve helped hundreds of players climb ranks and master their gameplay through structured, data-driven coaching.
What is personalized coaching in Valorant?
Personalized coaching means every session is built around your goals and weaknesses. We analyze your gameplay, identify mistakes, and design a custom plan with aim drills, decision-making routines, and agent-specific strategies tailored to your style.
Which servers do you provide coaching for?
I coach players from EU, NA, MENA, and Asia servers. Since the sessions focus on game sense, decision-making, and communication, ping or region doesn’t limit your learning.
Is coaching suitable for players of all skill levels?
Absolutely. I work with everyone from beginners to Radiant aspirants. Each player receives the same professional guidance, adjusted to their current rank and long-term goals.
How long are the coaching sessions?
It depends on the package: Basic: 2 hours total (1 session) Standard: 5 hours total (2 sessions) Premium: 10 hours total (5 sessions) All sessions can be live or VOD-based, depending on your preference.
Can I contact you for support outside of coaching sessions?
Yes! Premium clients receive full support between sessions. For Basic and Standard plans, you can still message me anytime for short clarifications or scheduling. I aim to ensure you keep progressing even outside live sessions.
What should I prepare before our first session?
Please make sure your game settings, crosshair, and microphone are ready. If you chose a VOD review, upload your gameplay beforehand (YouTube Unlisted or Google Drive). Write down 1-2 main goals, for example, aim consistency or better positioning, so we can focus on what matters most from the star.
Do you record sessions for later review?
Yes. All live sessions can be recorded (if you’d like) so you can rewatch them anytime. You’ll also receive summaries, tips, and exercises to continue training between sessions, this keeps your improvement consistent even after we finish coaching.
