About this gig

I am a professional bassist based in Tokyo, specializing in authentic groove-focused bass tracks for Funk, Soul and R&B.

My playing is inspired by Parliament-Funkadelic, Chaka Khan, D'Angelo, Steely Dan, Lee Ritenour and other classic groove-based artists.

Using high-quality vintage Fender Precision and Jazz Basses, including 1958 and 1967 instruments, I deliver warm, organic bass tones with the feel and character of classic recordings.


I have performed as a support bassist for Thurtdelic (Parliament-Funkadelic) in Tokyo and have experience working with international artists in a professional live setting.
