When it comes to CV and Resume writing, there is no right answer. No one has the ultimate 'truth' simply because every human reads and evaluates things differently. In many cases, your document has to work on so many different levels, for so many different people -- in order to get 'through' to the hiring manager. It has to scan properly. It has to read properly. Your bullet points need to be formed showing both duties and outcomes. And it needs to be formatted correctly.
