In its simplest terms, I take the property data you give me and analyse it to answer your property suitability questions and provide valuable insights. Whether you prefer charts, reports, presentations or datasets, I ensure the deliverables I create meet your information absorption preferences.
What do you mean by "KPIs"?
In the world of Property there are numerous requirements, metrics, performance indicators and aspects that need to be monitored and analysed (e.g. energy efficiency, commercial friendliness, locational insights etc). In my service, I am open to analysing 1 or multiple KPIs for you.
Do I need to provide you with real property data?
Not at all. I am flexible in terms of the type of data I work with whether it is real, anonymised, simulated or randomised.
What kind of files can I give you?
Currently I accept Microsoft Excel, CSV or text (txt) files. However if you have another file type in mind, feel free to ask and we can discuss.
What kind of deliverables do you provide?
I provide a range of compatible deliverables (i.e. files) that assist in your Property data suitability questions. Please refer to the content present in the gallery section. Also if you have further questions about deliverable specifications I am open to discussing these in more detail.
What do you mean by the extra "Exploratory Analysis" service?
In this service add-on, I will analyse another variable in the dataset provided that you may not have considered. E.g. You provided a Property dataset and want energy efficiency analysed but with the add-on service I also provided geo-locational insights in a separate deliverable.
What is your turnaround time like?
I will strive to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining quality. My turnaround time depends on several factors, including the amount/quality of data provided, the number of insights required and the complexity of the deliverables. I'm open to discussing project specifics with you up front.
