What platforms do you moderate?
I currently offer moderation for Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, and other live streaming platforms. If you're unsure whether I can support your platform, feel free to contact me before ordering.
What does viewer engagement include?
I actively participate in chat by welcoming viewers, encouraging conversation, answering basic questions, helping keep discussions flowing, and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere while enforcing your community guidelines.
What information do you need before the stream?
Please provide your stream schedule, platform, community rules, moderator permissions, topics to avoid, banned words (if applicable), and any special instructions so I can represent your community professionally. If you are asking me to be a mod, I would need to be modded in your channel as well.
When are you available?
My standard availability is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Evening, weekend, holiday, and rush bookings may be available for an additional fee.
Can you moderate multiple platforms at the same time?
This gig includes moderation for one platform per order. If you'd like moderation on multiple platforms simultaneously, please contact me for a custom offer.
Will you ban or timeout viewers?
Yes, if you grant moderator permissions and provide your community guidelines. I will enforce your rules professionally and only take moderation actions that align with your instructions.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes! I recommend messaging me first so we can confirm your stream schedule, expectations, availability, and any special requirements. This helps ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you create content or manage social media posts?
No. This gig focuses on live stream moderation and community engagement. I do not create social media posts, graphics, or marketing content as part of this service. If you need additional content creation or social media support, please contact me to discuss a custom offer.
How do your hourly packages work?
Each package covers one live stream and reserves my time. If your stream runs longer than your package, my service ends when the purchased time expires. If your stream ends early, unused time is not refunded or carried over to another stream.
Can I use unused time for another stream?
No. Each order covers one scheduled live stream only. Unused time cannot be transferred, split between multiple streams, or applied to future broadcasts.
