What information do you need from me to get started?
Send me your latest bank and credit card statements, PayPal/Stripe statements, and access to your QuickBooks online or Xero. I'll review everything and send you a clear plan within a few hours.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
I follow the GAAP standards for bookkeeping and accounting processes. Normally it starts with setting up the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorization of transactions, Payroll processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax-ready reports.
What if I'm way behind on my books (12–36 months)?
No problem! I specialize in catch-up bookkeeping. I can efficiently clean up and organize months of transactions and get your books tax-ready for filing.
Are you available for ongoing bookkeeping?
Yes. Most clients start with a cleanup and move to a fixed monthly plan: reconciliation, categorization, P&L & Balance Sheet every month, and tax-ready books all year. Message me with your monthly transactions and number of accounts and I will send a fixed custom quote — no hourly billing.
