Do you provide the VPS, and which provider do you recommend?
The VPS is purchased by you, but I can recommend the right configuration before you order. I recommend Contabo for its competitive pricing and available server resources. For a combined Mautic + Postal installation, I recommend starting with a Cloud VPS 8 (8 vCPU, 24 GB RAM, 300 GB SSD) or Cloud VPS
Do you configure both Mautic and Postal?
Yes. All packages include Mautic and Postal installation, integration, SMTP configuration, and testing.
Do you configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
Yes. DNS authentication and sending-limit configuration are included in every package.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic covers one sending domain. Standard supports up to five domains with IP pool configuration. Premium adds security, spam testing, automation, and monitoring.
Do I need to provide a VPS and sending IPs?
Yes. You provide the VPS, domains, and sending IPs. I handle the installation, configuration, and testing.
Can you configure multiple sending IPs and domains?
Yes. Standard and Premium include IP pool configuration for up to five sending domains, subject to your server and IP provider's capabilities.
Can you automate bounce and spam complaint handling?
Yes. Premium includes agreed n8n automation for bounce and complaint processing, including Mautic suppression.
Can you guarantee that my emails will reach the inbox?
No provider can guarantee inbox placement. I configure and test the infrastructure to support deliverability, but results also depend on sender reputation, list quality, content, and recipient-provider policies.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I provide post-delivery support to help ensure your Mautic and Postal setup is working as expected. If you encounter an issue related to the delivered configuration, I'll help investigate and resolve it. I can also provide maintenance, upgrades, additional domains, and infrastructure improvemen
