What should I send to start the order?
You just need to send your best, clear photo that matches the pose you want to be illustrated. If you have any specific style or detail preferences, please include that information as well.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive the final image in PNG or JPEG format with your order. SVG format is available only for the Premium package or with an additional fee.
How long does it take to complete my order?
The delivery time depends on the type of order you select: Single Portrait: 1 day Couple Portrait: 2 days Family Portrait: 3 days If you need faster delivery, I also offer an express 24-hour option for an additional fee.
Can I request revisions?
For the Basic package, you get 5 revision. For the Standard package, you get 7 revisions. For the Premium package, you get Unlimited revisions to ensure the final result is exactly what you want.
Do you accept requests for more than 4 people in a group portrait?
Currently, I only accept orders for up to 4 people in one portrait. If you need more people, please feel free to contact me beforehand to discuss possible options.
Can you create styles other than realistic?
At the moment, I only offer realistic style for all orders. However, if you are interested in other styles, such as cartoon or pop art, feel free to message me to discuss if that can be accommodated.
